Joining Rainbow Preschool takes six simple steps, from your first enquiry to your child's first day.

• Step 02 — Schedule a Campus Visit: We'll arrange a guided visit of your preferred centre so you can see the classrooms, play areas and safety measures.
• Step 03 — Speak with the Admissions Team: Talk to our team about your child's age, the right programme, batch timings and any questions you have.
• Step 04 — Complete the Registration Form: Fill in the admission registration form and submit it at the centre to reserve your child's seat.
• Step 05 — Submit Required Documents: Hand over the documents listed below to complete your child's admission file.
• Step 06 — Confirm Admission & Onboarding: Pay the admission fee to confirm the seat, then join our parent orientation before your child's first day.

Age Criteria for Playgroup, Nursery and KG Admission

We count your child's age as of 1 June of the academic year. For example, a child who is 2.5 years old by 1 June 2027 can join Nursery for 2027-28.

• Playgroup — 1.5 – 2.5 years: Sensory play, music, movement, and first social introduction. Focuses on separation comfort, basic routines, and exploration.
• Nursery — 2.5 – 3.5 years: Phonics, early numeracy, storytelling, and fine motor skills. Children build language, independence, and creative confidence.
• Jr. KG — 3.5 – 4.5 years: Pre-reading, writing, and early maths. Project-based learning, science activities, and structured group work.
• Sr. KG — 4.5 – 5.5 years: Full school-readiness — reading fluency, writing, mental maths, and general knowledge for a smooth Class 1 transition.

Documents Required for Preschool Admission in Thane

• 4–6 recent passport-size photographs of the child — white background preferred
